Symptom

During the upgrade, Software Update Manager (SUM) is stuck in phase MOD_SELROADMAP/SELECT_ROADMAP with the following error:

Last error code set:
The hdbsql connection is not possible due to the following errormessage: *
-10719: Connect failed (invalid SERVERNODE
'HOST=<host>:<port>')
