Request to receive information on ML key factors.

Resolution

We cannot provide the internal details of the ML based scoring process.

That is internal policy of SAP. No other vendors/competitors share such internal details.

We can, however, share following things:

  • General feature categories/ buckets are based on the standard fields (already in the help doc).
  • If you want to influence it further, you can bring in your extension fields (2011 phased GA release). 

  In addition to that you also need to understand that it is a ML based scoring approach.

It is not a rule based scoring model to tell upfront which feature will come up as most influencing key factors.

This is learned by the model during the model training process, based on the system's lead conversion history data.

That means for each c4c customer, key factors can be different based on their data set.

There are no predefined rules.

By default, only SAP delivered standard fields linked to leads are considered in this process.
