3014350 - Continuous Feedback v4 OData supports for Latest Continuous Performance Management

For the 2H 2022 Release, Continuous Performance Management OData v4 APIs are available in the SAP API Business Hub.

Previously, only OData v2 APIs were available in the SAP API Business Hub and they weren’t supported for the latest version of CPM.

It is now possible to use the Continuous Feedback OData v4 API with the latest version of Continuous Performance Management.

SAP SuccessFactors Continuous Performance Management

The Continuous Feedback OData v4 API contains the following use cases:

• Give Unsolicited Feedback
• Request Feedback
• View Feedback
• View Feedback Request
• View Pending Feedback Requests
• Give Feedback to Multiple Users
• Request Feedback from Multiple Users
• View User Capabilities
• View Initial Feedback Data
• Decline a Feedback Request

NOTE: The Continuous Feedback API has the limitation,wherein currently the system will return by default the logged in user's feedback data (it will not return the feedback data of all employees)

Note: The Legacy Version of Continuous Performance Management still supports use of the OData v2 APIs listed in the SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite OData API: Reference Guide (v2) for Continuous Performance Management.
