3014353 - Not Able to Accept Lead due to the Error: You do not Have Sufficient Authorization to Execute This Task

When you are trying to Accept or Reject a Lead after the Hand Over to New Business the following error occurs: You do not have sufficient authorization to execute this task.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to the Marketing work center. 
2. Select the Leads view. 
3. Select the Lead XYZ (XYZ represents the ID of the Lead).
4. Click on the Handover button and select either Accept or Reject.
5. The following error occurs: You do not have sufficient authorization to execute this task.

Your user does not have the access rights to the work center view CRM_MARKETINGLEADS and CRM_OPP_LEADS_WHO.

Assign the respective access rights to your user.

1. Go to the Application and User Management work center. 
2. Select the Business User view. 
3. Select the respective Business User. 
4. Click on the Edit button and select Access Rights. 
5. Navigate to the Access Restrictions tab.
6. Assign the Work Center View CRM_MARKETINGLEADS and CRM_OPP_LEADS_WHO to your user. 
7. Save your changes.
