• Unable to add Concurrent Employment , Upon clicking Submit in Add CE, nothing happens.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Concurrent Employment

• Go to Employee Profile.
• Take Action-> Add: Concurrent Employment.
• Fill in the required details.
• Upon clicking Submit in Add CE, nothing happens.
• Shows an application error.

Upon checking the logs, the SecondaryAssignment object does not exist hence it throws error from the back end and nothing happens on the front end.

• To resolve this , add the Secondary Assignments object to the system.
• To make the object available in Configure Object Definition and Manage Data , please run the job "MDF Object Definition to DB sync" (Refer KBA 2534674 - How To Fix Inconsistencies In Metadata Framework (MDF))

Result: You will now be able to add Concurrent Employment without any issues.
