When working in Offline Mode in SAP Cloud for Customer, you notice that Workflow Rules are not triggering when the conditions are met.

Reproducing the Issue
- In SAP Cloud for Customer, activate the Offline Mode.
- Perform any changes in your documents that fulfill the conditions for any workflow rule to trigger.
- See the workflow is not triggered.
Currently, workflow rules are only supported during Online Mode, and the option available during Offline is to wait for the sync, once the system is back online, so that the trigger can happen and the information can be updated.
This is the system expected behavior.
