3014629 - Cannot add or edit configuration steps (SSCUI)

You are missing the Add or Edit button under configuration steps (SSCUI) in your Quality System. Also, under Manage your Solution -> Configure Your Solution the below message appears on top:

There is no project available, you cannot edit this configuration step.

The following message might be shown:

"View/table is switched to display only mode"

"Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental."

• SAP Marketing Cloud.

*Only valid for Manage Your Solution.
*Not valid for Customer with Central Business Configuration.

There is no change project available, you cannot edit this configuration step.

Please create a new Business change project by choosing the option "Create Change project" in app "Manage your solution". Please refer to the below screenshot:
