3014651 - Service Order Does not Show in Service Order Statistics Report (CRMSORHB_Q0004)

You are using the Service Order Statistics Report (CRMSORHB_Q0004), and you noticed that some Service Order documents are not showing in the report.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to the Service Orders work center.
2. Select the List view.
3. Open the report Service Order Statistics (CRMSORHB_Q0004).
4. Execute the report.

Service Order ABC (ABC represents the ID of the Service Order) is not showing in the report

The report will only display/retrieve Service Order documents which fall within the following parameters:

1. Consistent (The document is not in errors).

AND

2. Released OR Not Relevant (The Service Status of the Item).

This is the system expected behavior.

An alternative option may be to check the SAP Customer Influence Platform to submit an idea.
