3014718 - Ship-to Address in the Output Management of Purchase Order - Third-Party Items

User would like to control/customize the Ship-to Address in the Ouput form of purchase order - Third-Party Items.

• SAP S/4HANA Cloud

1. App: Manage Purchase Order
2. Find XXX Purchase order items
3. Navigate to Delivery Address tab
4. all the address related fields are blank or filled
5. Navigate back to "Output Management"
6. Click on Output item id > click on display

In the output form, the displayed Ship-to Address is not as expected or you wanted to change the Ship-to Address

For third-party purchase orders, generated from sales orders, in other words created with reference to a PReq from a sales order,  the delivery address comes from the sales order.

For third-party items that are not created from a PReq which results from a sales order, you must maintain a delivery address manually.
In the 'old' transaction, the screen is processed for the delivery address.

Make changes to the ship-to party address in the sales order then the same can be reflected in the purchase order. Changes to the address updates the output form.
