When using the SAP Jam mobile application on an Android device, there's no badge icon on the launch widget. On iOS devices, the badge icon is showing on the smartphone.

Resolution
Badge icon counts do not work in some Android devices due to device limitation. This is a system level behavior which is out of SAP Jam's control.
