3015432 - ASE 16.0 SP04 and Redhat 7 support

Symptom

When trying to run srvbuild (or other GUI tool) from ASE 16.0 SP04 on Redhat 7 you receive the following error:

$ srvbuild
srvbuild: error while loading shared libraries: libpng16.so.16: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

and/or

srvbuild: error while loading shared libraries: libjpeg.so.8: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
