3015570 - SOAP:ClientError during parsing of SOAP header for Ariba interface

Symptom

  • You have a Process Orchestration (PO) interface which is connecting to Ariba via a SOAP Sender Adapter and an ABAP proxy Receiver. 
  • Messages processed through this interface return a BubbleException error similar to below: 
    Error during parsing the received XMB message. 
    SOAP: Call failed: com.sap.aii.af.sdk.xi.srt.BubbleException: SOAP:ClientError during parsing of SOAP headerhttp://sap.com/xi/XI/Message/30XIProtocolError while preparsing SOAP:Header - XML document not well-formed{}2-System error in parser [null "null"] 
    SOAP: Error occurred: com.sap.engine.interfaces.messaging.api.exception.MessagingException: com.sap.aii.af.sdk.xi.srt.BubbleException: SOAP:ClientError during parsing of SOAP headerhttp://sap.com/xi/XI/Message/30XIProtocolError while preparsing SOAP:Header - XML document not well-formed{}2-System error in parser [null "null"]
