3015583 - Survey misrepresentation - Survey not displayed correctly

Page layout of survey is not working as expected on Google Chrome and Edge browsers - it works fine in IE - if you have the Saphira theme in use.

SAP Cloud for Customer 2011 release

1. Go to the Sales work centre.
2. Go to the Opportunity view.
3. Open the relevant opportunity.
4. Go to the Survey facet.
5. Open an existing survey and scroll down. 

You can see the page layout is not correct.

Examples:  the button Yes Or No are not displaying correctly, also the box with scroll down button is missing.

Same issue with Chrome and Edge browser

-> Everything is working on Internet explorer.

Survey is not safira theme compliant in 2011 release.

Currently, this is expected system behaviour.

However, it is planned to make it compatible with the upcoming 2102 release, second patch (not first release).
