1. The information in the pdf file is not extracted accurately by the machine learning service.
2. The master data is not well maintained by the customer.
3. No more than three sales orders were created successfully with this company code and the extracted sold-to party, ship-to party or product data from the pdf. The difference is that, instead of the extracted address data, it is the extracted product, extracted customer material or extracted description returned by the machine learning service that helps with the determination.
