Symptom

  • App / Tile  for 'Create Mass Time Confirmations' (App ID F3925) Missing on the Fiori Launchpad
  • The Role  SAP_BR_MAINTENANCE_PLANNER or SAP_BR_MAINTENANCE_TECHNICIAN is assigned to a user but the App for  'Create Mass Time Confirmations'   does not appear

Environment

  • Asset Maintenance (PM)
  • SAP S/4HANA, cloud edition

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Assign the role SAP_BR_MAINTENANCE_PLANNER or SAP_BR_MAINTENANCE_TECHNICIAN to a user in the Maintain Business User App
  2. Access the Launchpad with the User involved 
  3. Search for app Create Mass Time Confirmations
  4. Screen appears with 'We did not find any matches for "Create Mass Time Confirmations". Try searching again.'

Cause

There is no Tile for 'Create Mass Time Confirmations'

Resolution

'Create Mass Time Confirmations'  can only be accessed from the 'Find Maintenance Order and Operations' app

When you upload Confirmations you are then taken to the 'Create Mass Time Confirmations'
