Live Profile

User Directory

Enable / Disable User Directory in Org Chart >Directory Tab

Send Welcome Message (Only applies to Employee Import, Bulk Employees Import and Delta Employees Import in Provisioning and APIs.)

If this feature is enabled, the welcome message setting in the new and existing import jobs will be enabled immediately, no matter whether you selected the option or not on the import pages and API integration.  

Hide Username in the UI

If this feature is enabled, username won't be displayed on the Global Header and the employee quickcard. You cannot run a username search or see username in the search results in the areas that have adopted People Search, which include the Global Header, Org Chart, People Profile, Change Audit Report, and others.

Enable Business Process Engine

This is a backend feature, that certain SF module rely on to provide their functionality. I may be need or not depending on which feature the client wants. For example, Onboarding and RCM use BPE. The client does not interact directly with BPE.

Use ProcessJob Identity

This is a system id used to execute BPE jobs for the client, of course BPE must be enabled.

Use Process Definition Creator Identity

This has been removed and would not impact BPE as the feature is removed.

Specify User Identity

This is the user id to specify in case BPE jobs need to be executed under a specific user Id different than the default.

Unified Picklist Management (Toggling the checkbox will not impact the state of picklists in this instance.)

 If the checkbox is checked, picklists have been migrated. If it's unchecked, picklists have not been migrated yet.
Note: Manually checking or unchecking the Unified Picklist Management checkbox has no effect. Although the UI appears to let you change it, no change is saved. When you reload the page, the checkbox resets to the accurate state, based the migration status.

Add Permission: View Completed Workflows

Enable Add Permission: View Completed Workflow if you want to control access to approved, rejected or canceled workflows.  

Enforce Four-Eyes Principle On Workflow Step Approval
