Symptom

Mobile app crashes when scanning QR code using an iPod device


Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Mobile

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Login to SuccessFactors via web
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Select Mobile
  4. Go to Activate using Camera
  5. Scan the QR code using the device

Resolution

This is an expected behavior since iPod Touch is not a supported device.
