3016175 - Unable to change Cost Center of user who withdrew from a Class

Symptom

When attempting to change the Cost Center for a cancelled order on a Class, there is no option.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Access Learning Administration and go to a Class
  2. Go to the Registration Financial tab
  3. Select edit and observe that is it not possible to modify the cost center when the order status is cancelled.

Cause

This is an expected behavior of the system. The system does not allow changing the Cost Center for orders in cancelled status.

Resolution

  1. Go to Order Management and find the Order
  2. Refund the Cost Center
  3. Enroll the user back into the Class with the proper Cost Center
