3016393 - Promotion management jobs are not displayed in CMC

Symptom

  • Promotion management jobs are not displayed in Central Management Console (CMC) after BusinessObjects Platform update
  • Clicking on Promotion Jobs folder keeps loading
  • Central Management Server (CMS) and SBOPWebApp_CMC logs show the following error:

class java.lang.NullPointerException: while trying to invoke the method java.lang.String.split(java.lang.String) of a null object loaded from local variable 'cmsName'
