3016458 - IPS Sync SAC Error System Owner can't be deleted

• Error message in IPS in relation to SPEOPLEANALYTICS user. 
• SPEOPLEANALYTICS with statusCode: 400, Response: {"status":400,"message":"User/group operation not completed: The System Owner cannot be deleted"}. 

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

1. Login to IPS with your S-User account. 
2. Run a read / resync job from Source (SF) to Target (SAC). 
3. Check Job Logs and see the error in the user sync.

The user SPEOPLEANALYTICS is automatically assigned a role in SAC for System Owner (the user which completed the upgrade to Story Reports). 

We cannot delete the system owner for Story Reports at this point in time and this is an expected behavior.
