3016700 - Change SID of SAP System returns incorrect database version

1.dataserver --sbssav returns correct version.
16.0.01.01

2.libsybcsi_core29.so exists in correct directories, /sybase/SID/OCS-16_0/lib3p and /sybase/SID/OCS-16_0/lib3p64.
