3016744 - Receiving Error Message "Invalid credentials, check your user and password" although Logon Credentials are Correct

When you logon add-ins, you got an error message "Invalid credentials, check your user and password".

 You have checked the logon credentials and confirmed that the credentials are correct.

1.  Input account and password for add-ins
2.  Got error message "Invalid credentials, check your user and password".

Account name contains Asian characters (Chinese, Japanese, Korean, etc.).

Our encryption algorithms would produce long code for these Asian characters. It will occpuid twice of the memory when you try to login with Asian characters account name.

If data overflowed or credentials validation time-out, it will trigger the error "Invalid credentials, check your user and password" although your logon credentials are correct.

Change the account name into English or Latin letters.
