3016791 - Error 'Spool request could not be found.' is raised when trying to display the PDF from output item determined in new output management via existing form technology

S/4HANA Output Control is activated in the application area and existing form technology(Smartforms, SAPscript or PDF-based print forms without fragments) are used in processing output for a document. When trying to perform preview an output item, the error 'Spool request could not be found' APOC_OR_MESSAGES 145 is raised. And such error is not detected in lower release version.
