As a part of the procedure Rapid Activation for SAP Fiori in SAP S/4HANA 1909 (for example: SAP Note 2834415 ) during the run of task list "SAP_FIORI_FOUNDATION_S4" in STC01 transaction
the following error is happening at Task "Generate Fiori Foundation Roles":

An exception with the type CX_SY_OPEN_SQL_DB was raised, but was not handled locally or declared ina RAISING clause.
A data record is to be inserted even though a data record with the same primary key or same unique secondary key exists
