3016852 - Missing Sales Quotes in Sales Quote Volume Report

Symptom

You are viewing the report Sales Quote Volume, or another report based on the data source Sales Quote Item. You notice that some sales quotes are missing.

Environment

SAP Cloud for Customer

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to the work center Business Analytics and the view Design Reports.
  2. Open the report Sales Quote Volume (or your report which is based on the Sales Quote Item data source).
  3. Filter for the required sales quote ID.
  4. The report shows no results.

Cause

The sales quotes in question have no items (products) assigned yet. Such sales quotes are not shown in the data source Sales Quote Item.

Resolution

You can use the data source Sales Quote Header instead.
