3016989 - ARCHIVELINK: general troubleshooting for display errors of documents

An ArchiveLink document can not be opened properly.

For example:

• Document viewer is showing a gray screen.
• Document is downloaded with incorrect file extension
• Document is downloaded without file extension
• Error calling application via OLE ALVIEWER.APP
  etc.
