3016989 - ARCHIVELINK: general troubleshooting for display errors of documents

An ArchiveLink document do not open correctly in the document viewer or not downloaded with the correct file extension.

For example:

• Document viewer is showing a gray screen.
• Document is downloaded with incorrect file extension
• Document is downloaded without file extension
• nothing happens just the error "Error calling application via OLE ALVIEWER.APP" is displayed
  etc.
