Symptom

When using API to create CR (FM /UGI4/FM_ARTICLE_CREATE_CR), you get the following dump:

Cause:

Error in the ABAP application program. The current ABAP program "/UGI4/CL_MDG_BS_ART_CR_API====CP" had to be terminated because it found a statement that could not be executed.
