3017150 - Brazil bank statements: Error "Function is not available" (Message SFIN_FI 004)

Symptom

When processing Brazillian bank statement files containing Y or Z segments with a transaction such as FF_5, you get the following error message:

SFIN_FI 004 - "Function is not available".
