3017189 - How to Adjust the Next Transfer Date for the Time Account

• Customer has a scenario where the Initial / Next Transfer Date is set based on a particular field in the Job Information using a business rule.
• As an example, suppose if the employee Belongs to Department A, then the Next Transfer Date should be Hire Date + 120 Months
• Later due to some business situation, the employee's department is now changed and based on the new department, the Next Transfer Date should be Hire Date + 60 Months.
• So in this situation, the Next Transfer Date should get adjusted/recalculated
