3017195 - "Start the data collection method every" cannot be less than the running cycle of passive collection method

Symptom

  1.  When set "Start the data collection method every" less than 5 minutes for the passive data collection in dialog mode, the setting does not work.
  2.  When set "Start the data collection method every" less than one hour for the passive data collection in batch mode, the setting does not work.
