3018087 - Error When Completing Contract - Party with Role Supplier Missing

Error message Party with role supplier missing while completing Contract.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Sales Orders work center.
2. Go to Contracts view.
3. Select All Contracts from the dropdown menu.
4. Search for Contract ABC. (ABC represents the Contract ID)
5. Click  Edit button.
6. Click Submit button then select Finish Fulfillment.

Error message "Party with role supplier missing"

Fulfilment for one or more line items is maintianed as External, but the Supplier is not maintained.

1. Go to Sales Orders work center.
2. Go to Contracts view.
3. Select All Contracts from the dropdown menu.
4. Search for Contract ABC. (ABC represents the Contract ID)
5. Click on Edit button and View All
6. Navigate to Items tab
7. Select the line item
8. Under General sub tab under Execution the Supplier field is blank

Please note that if the fiels is not visible, you need to personalize this screen to enable the field.
