3018197 - Concur Integration: Invalid input value [messageShortText (): may not be blank]

Symptom

In the Concur integration you receive an error during sending of posting confirmations.
When a customized message class is maintained in transaction SE91 and is not translated to the default language of the connection to Concur in transaction CTE_SETUP, an error “Invalid input value [messageShortText (): may not be blank]” occurs.
