3018241 - RBP Permissions no Longer Being Honorred for FO/GO Fields in Adhoc Reporting - Recruiting Management

After February-5th, RBP Permissions for FO/GO (MDF Objects) in Recruiting Adhoc Report (Recruiting V2 and Recruiting V2 Secured) will no longer be considered.

The following areas will be impacted:

• Adhoc Reporting - Recruiting V2 and Recruiting V2 Secured;
• Manage Detailed Requisition Reporting Privileges;

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

Product Management team has decided to no longer consider RBP Permission on FO/GO fields due to cache problems while generating the reports.

All FO/GO values that once were restricted via RBP will now be displayed. As mentioned, this change will impact the following two features:

• Adhoc Reporting - Recruiting V2 and Recruiting V2 Secured;
• Manage Detailed Requisition Reporting Privileges;

Currently, the following three areas in RCM are using FO/GO fields:

• Job Requisition
• Offer
• Candidate

If RBP Permissions must be honored, customer can use SAC (SAP Analytics Cloud).
