3018349 - "Agent messaging privilege not found for XXX" error thrown for DP Agent connecting to SAC/Datasphere

Symptom

While attempting to connect the Data Provisioning Agent (DP Agent) to SAP Datasphere or SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), one of the following error appears in the framework.trc file:

  • "[ERROR] DPFramework | JDBCConnector.read  - Agent messaging privilege not found for agent <DP_Agent_name>"
  • "[ERROR] DPFramework | JDBCConnector.read  - Agent messaging privilege not found for user (<User>)"
