Symptom

Db2setup.log during DB2 install shows the following error:

Installing: GUARDIUM_INST_MNGR_CLIENT

ERROR: The output will be saved in /tmp/db2chgpath.log.24364
DBI1149E You have to be the owner of the install copy to execute this program.
ERROR: An error occurred while setting DB2 runtime path. Contact a technical
service representative.
