3018590 - Error While Trying to Use the Service Customer Incident Via OData Console

You are trying to use the OData Console to perform a GET/POST in the Service Name customerincident, however the system is showing the error message below.

Could not load service URLs. Please reload the page!
Unknown error. Please check the metadata and try again.

SAP Business ByDesign 2008 and higher.

1. Go to the Application and User Management WoC.
2. OData Services view.
3. Select the Service Name customerincident.
4. Click Test.
5. System shows the error message.

The OData service "Customer Incidents" is used to access the Partner Support Request Business Object. To use this service, the system must be partner enabled.

A change will have to be done in your scoping project to be able to use this OData Service. The authorization to the user is provided as work center assignment. After doing the change, please assign the work center /ITSAM/CUST_INCIDENT (Customer Incidents) to the user who is requesting access then.

After setting up the system, the OData Service "Customer Incidents" can be used properly.
