3018627 - Rule Triggering on Comp Info to Create Record in Custom MDF Portlet Fails

Business Rules triggering onSave on Compensation Information that are built to create a record in a Custom MDF Portlet fail to create the Custom MDF record unexpectedly. 

The rule may work in some scenarios but will fail in others - for example it may fail to create the record in Custom MDF if a workflow is triggered on the Compensation Info change, even after workflow is approved.
