3018629 - Filter "My Vistis" and "All" Shows Unexpected Result In Visits

Symptom

 My Visits and All Visits shows unexpected result for the user.

Environment

 SAP Cloud for Customer

Reproducing the Issue

Prerequisite: User1 creates a Visit XXXXXX, where XXXXXX represents the Visit ID. User2 is an attendee in this visit created.

  1. Log in with User: User1.

  2. Go to Work Center Activities.

  3. Visits Work Center View.

    • Search for visits text search "User2".Select the filter "My Visits". Search result does not include Visit XXXXXX.
    • Select the Filter “All”, result list shows for example 10 results . This result list  includes Visit XXXXXX.

  4. Visit XXXXXX should be in the result list  of Filter "My Visits".

Cause

This is the known limitation. When User1 search within “My Visits”, there is already a filter being applied on involved party's data.

Now when user search using a Party name/ID, the filter wont work correctly.

Resolution

 This is the known limitation.
