3018655 - Activity or Material Notes Replicated from External System are not being updated in C4C

You Replicate Activities/Materials to C4C (Cloud for Customer) and the notes are not appearing in C4C although it's been filled on the incoming payload.

 SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Go to Web Service Message Monitoring under Administrator Work center.
2. Search for the Service Interface.
3. Open the payload.
4. You can see the TextCollection node with TypeCode and ContentText fields as below:

<ContentText languageCode="EN">SAP KBA</ContentText>
</Text>
</TextCollection>

The issue can be caused by the following reasons:

• Code List Mapping not correctly maintained.
• Language for Content Text not correctly maintained under Communication Language for Data Replication Activity.

• In order to maintain the Code List Mapping for Type Code, follow the below steps:

1. Go to the Business Configuration Work Center.
2. Open the Code List Mapping for Integration with External Applications and Solutions Activity.
3. Maintain Code List Mapping for TextCollectionTextTypeCode for local context 10296.
4. Add the supported valid Type Code 10002.

• In order to maintain the Language for the Content Text, follow the below steps:

1. Go to the Business Configuration Work Center.
2. Open the Communication Language for Data Replication Activity.
3. Add the language sent on the ContentText languageCode.
