Can I get an audit report on changes made to Manage Role-Based Permission Access page?

Unauthorized changes can cause security concern if users are added to Manage Role-Based Permission Access page.

Changes made to Manage Role-Based Permission Access page, such as adding/removing users or selecting the "Allow access to this page" option are currently not auditable via our Change Audit Capabilities.

However, our Engineering team is already aware of the request to enhance this feature. There is no release date yet set for when Change Audit Capability will cover Manage Role-Based Permission Access, but this KBA will be updated once more details are available.
