3018929 - No SID found for value 'XXX' of characteristic CC for BW Planning Query with comments

When you execute a BW Planning Query and enter a value as the comment that does not yet exist for the comment characteristic, you get error messages:

Coversion failed for characteristic CC
IF_BICS_SID_KEYFIGURE_CONVERT~GET_SID_FR Prog: CL_BICS_SID_KEYFIGURE_CONVERT
Please enter a valid value for characteristic CC.
No SID found for value 'XXX' of characteristic CC (CC)
