3019113 - How to generate a report with the Onboarding Activity Creation Date - Onboarding 1.0

You would like to create an advanced report that contains the field for the Onboarding Activity Creation Date.

In order to have the Onboarding Activity Creation Date in the report, you will need to first add the Key in the Data Dictionary as per the following steps:

1. Go to Onboarding 1.0 > Settings > Data Dictionary
2. Click on Process Folder
3. Select the process you would like to add the key
4. Click on New Field button
   
5. Set the Name and Label as CreateActivityDate
6. Set Type as Date
7. And click on OK button
   

After the CreateActivityDate key was added with success, then it will be available for selection in the report.

1. Go to Onboarding 1.0 > Reports
2. Advanced Reports > Create
3. Click on the tree dots (...) to add the field
   
4. Search for CreateActivityDate and select to add this Key in the report
   
5. Once the key is added in the selected fields section, the sequence can be changed by selecting the key and clicking the button Moving Up/Down
6. Click to proceed on creating the report
