3019129 - User can't see Onboardee name in dashboard - Onboarding

Recruiters / Hiring managers cannot see the Onboardee name in Onboarding Dashboard.

SAP Successfactors Onboarding

1. Login as a system user (such as an user from your HR team);
2. Go to Onboarding Dashboard;
3. You can't see the Onboardee names.

Issue could be due to unintended HRIS sync mapping for First name and Last Name fields. 

Admin Center --> Manage Business configuration--> PersonalInfo entity--> First Name and Last Name fields are not mapped corrected under field details "HRIS Sync Mapping:Standard field" section.

First Name should be mapped to "firstname"

Last Name should be mapped to "lastname"

Test with a new candidate post the changes
