3019138 - Error - You cannot edit as the project contains information that is blocked

While trying to edit the closed project, the following error occurs, "You cannot edit as the project contains information that is blocked".

SAP S/4HANA Cloud.

1. Go to app plan customer project.
2. Select and open the project.
3. Click on the edit button.

The project manager of the project is blocked or had reached end-of-purpose(represented by the asterisk against the project manager field in the header).

Please reverse EoP for the employee and then try to edit the project.
