SAP Cloud for Customer
Resolution
- Log in to SAP Cloud for Customer.
- Open Live Activity centre.
- Open separate tab in browser and paste the simulation link:
http://localhost:36729/?CID=BCM1234&Event=CHAT_ALLOCATED&Email=example@example.com&ExternalReferenceID=1234567
