Resolution

  1. Log in to SAP Cloud for Customer.
  2. Open Live Activity centre.
  3. Open separate tab in browser and paste the simulation link:
    http://localhost:36729/?CID=BCM1234&Event=CHAT_ALLOCATED&Email=example@example.com&ExternalReferenceID=1234567
