Symptom
- Symptom 1 :Service contract determination is not triggered for new item categories. For example, you define a new item category as copy of some standard one. However, the service contract determination is not triggered for the new item category
- Symptom 2 : System determines much more contracts that you expected. For example , you defined a service contract item for equipment EQUIP1. When you create a service order for this equipment, system displays all service contract items with an empty object list as well. I mean, the list of service contract items contains
Contract item XXXXX xxx : assigned to equipment EQUIP1
AND
Contract items with empty object list
- Symptom 3 : Old CRM BADI CRM_SERVICE_CONTRACT is not executed.
- Symptom 4: Sales item (item category SRVS) are not included in Service Contract Determination
- Symptom 5: The service contract is not determined in the service document when it is created as a follow-up document. If the contract was already determined in the preceding document (such as a service request or service quotation), contract determination will not be triggered again.
- Symptom 6: Service contract determination is not triggered in Service confirmation. Just unplanned items can assign a contract
