3019219 - "Sales Quote Replication from SAP Business Suite" Communication Scenario missing when configuring Integration between C4C and CPQ

When trying to create a Communication Arrangement, you are not able to find the "Sales Quote Replication from SAP Business Suite" Communication Scenario, even though you have activated the “Do you want to create and view sales quotes in SAP CPQ application from with your cloud solution?” question under "Integration Scenarios with Cloud Solutions from SAP" scoping element.

1. Go to Web Service Message Monitoring under Administrator Work center.
2. Open Communication Arrangements under Integration.
3. Click on New.
4. Not able to find Communication Scenario "Sales Quote Replication from SAP Business Suite".

Sales Quote is used on the integration with other SAP solutions beyond CPQ, for that reason the "Integration into Sales, Service, and Marketing Process" scoping element should also be flagged.

In order to fix the issue, follow the below steps:

1. Go to Business Configuration.
2. Select Implementation Project.
3. Open and Edit it.
4. Go to Scoping.
5. Navigate to path “Communication and Information Exchange -> Integration with External Applications and Solutions” and enable “Integration into Sales, Service, and Marketing Processes”.
6. Then go to Questions.
7. Navigate to path “Communication and Information Exchange -> Integration with External Applications and Solutions -> "Integration into Sales, Service, and Marketing Processes” and select the "Do you want to replicate sales quotes from an external application to your cloud solution?" and "Do you want to replicate sales quotes from your cloud solution to an external application?" questions.
