3019252 - Error 691 reported during bulkcopy - SAP ASE

• A perl script is executing create table, fast BCP into the table, then drop table in tempdb.
• Multiple connections running the same script.
• Sometime, ASE report Error 691 with stacktraces in the errorlog.
