 How to correct candidates/applicants data who are hired in a wrong job requisition in Manage Pending Hire.

Correct Job Requisition: 244

Incorrect Job Requisition: 224

1) Recruiter Forwarded Candidate Candidate to incorrect Job Requisition 

2) Process the Candidate's Application in Manage Pending Hire

Result:  Candidate has been hired into the wrong requisition

Unfortunately, there is no way to correct candidates who are hired in a wrong job requisition. As a workaround recruiters can forward or request the candidate to apply to the correct job requisition and process the application. Once the candidate is hired, a duplicate Employee Profile will be created for the user thus the recruiter or the system administrator could delete the first employee profile (linked to the incorrect job requisition).
