3019294 - Error message when associating business rule of Employee ID generation in ONB2Config object - Onboarding

• Error message when associating business rule of Employee ID generation in ONB2Config object: "Your eSignature settings cannot be changed. Ensure that you have enabled SuccessFactors e-Signature in Admin Center."

SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Go to Manage Data.
2. Create new ONB2Config object.
3. Fill in the required parameters.
4. Error message received when saved.

1. Enable SuccessFactors eSignature is not enabled, or
2. Enable SuccessFactors eSignature need to be restarted

1. Go to Admin Center >> Platform Feature Settings.
2. Make sure that the Enable SuccessFactors eSignature is enabled.
3. If feature is already enabled, restart the feature by disabling and enabling it back.
